The Monterey Peninsula is a great place to gather together as a group and enjoy a relaxing time on the beach. We set up small group gatherings (under 50 people) that can be very casual to meet any budget. Options Include:
- One, two or three of our 3 x 3 foot tee-pee style bonfires (with extra wood) to keep everyone warm. Fires typically last anywhere from about 2.5 – 3 hours.
- Large, comfy beach blankets (for purchase only),beach chairs (rentals), oversized beach mats (rentals) or a combination of all three. We have found that most people like to stand and talk so you do not need seating for everyone in the group (or you can save on cost by bringing down some of your own blankets and chairs)
- All the fixings for s’mores including marshmallows, Hershey bars, graham crackers and roasting sticks all packaged inside a handsome red gable box or in a large picnic basket.
- Rental coolers or tubs filled with ice (you can bring down your own beverages or arrange for us to pick them up from your vaction home or hotel for a minimal charge).
- For catering requirements, just let us know and we can help you locate a local, licensed caterer for your event or arrange delivery of food from a local restaurant.
- Other rental items include tables with linens (for food display), trash cans, Tiki torches, and wine glasses.
- Directions to the beach from your hotel room (emailed to you in advance along with specific instructions).
